Do you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately we are not offering free shipping over $49 anymore. We have changed our shipping cost recently. All orders that are past 1 LBS must be shipped with priority mail. Because regular first class mail only takes up to 15 ounces. We apologize for this change on our shipping methods.
Do you accept International Credit/Debit Cards?
Unfortunately we do not accept International Credit/Debit Cards for they are not established in the United States.
Why is my card not working?
Credit/Debit cards are declined automatically our system due to billing addresses not matching or incorrect information. Funds will be back into your account in 2-3 Business days.

I'm new to this whole e-cigarette thing. Where do I start?
First things first... You’re going to need a Starter Kit. This includes the charger for the battery, the battery (bottom part) and a Clearomizer (top part).
The clearomizer has a coil or head which heats up the e-liquid, creating vapour. Every 2 weeks on average (depending how often you use the unit) this coil or head will burn out. You will be able to either taste the burn, or it will eventually stop creating vapour. In the majority of our clearomizers this coil or head can be replaced, saving you money on buying new clearomizers.
Now the e-liquid, with all the flavour and percentages it can seem a little confusing, but we assure you it isn’t. As with food and drink, you’ll never know which one is for you until you try it. However, Virginia Tobacco, Menthol Special Blend and Strawberry Bliss are popular choices which never seem to disappoint.
The percent is the amount of nicotine in the e-liquid. For example 1.8% = 18mg. Our 1.8% is based on a 20 per day smoker. For those who would like a little more we have 2.4%, and for those who would like a little less, we have 1.2%, 0.6% and 0.0%.
Why doesn't my discount code work?
If you have an item that is on sale or if you already have a discount that is applied the discount code box will not appear. Our system only allows 1 discount/discount code per order.
How long will a 10ml bottle of e-liquid last?
Everyone is different so your mileage may vary! Some people like to vape away all day while other people like to stick to their designated ‘vaping’ breaks. As a rough guide, an average 20 a day smoker of traditional cigarettes gets through a 10ml bottle every 10 days or so.
What strength liquid do I need?
The strength of e-liquid needed correlates with the number of tobacco cigarettes smoked per day
If smoking in excess of 20 per day then 6% is advised.
If smoking around 20 per day then 6% is advised
If smoking around 10 per day then start at 3%
If you are using an e-cig to help you stop smoking then reducing your e-liquid strength to 0.6% can be achieved within 3 - 6 months of vaping if desired.
How long does my battery last before I need to recharge it?
The length of time your battery will last between charges will depend on the capacity it has and how often you use it.
Gemini = 2-4 hours of use (approximately)
650mAh = 6-8 hours of use (approximately)
900mAh = 9-11 hours of use (approximately)
1100mAh = 12-14 hours of use (approximately)
1300mAh = 15-16 hours of use (approximately)
How do I fill my clearomizer with e liquid?
To fill a 'top filled' clearomizer with e-liquid, simply unscrew the black mouthpiece and tilt the unit to a 45 degree angle. Then simply pour the e-liquid into the barrel. Avoid getting it down the central metal barrel (as this may cause it to leak). Do NOT over fill it.
To fill a 'bottom filled' clearomizer, turn the clearomizer upsidedown with the mouthpice pointing to the floor and unscrew the metal base from the bottom. Then while holding the clearomizer at a 45 degree angle, pour the e-liquid around the tube in the middle. The e-liquid should be poured into the 'outer chamber' only, otherwise the clearomizer may leak. Put the base back on and turn the clearomizer upright. Let the e-liquid soak into the coil for a few minutes.
How often do I need to replace my clearomizer?
How often do you use it? On average, a clearomizer lasts 1-3 weeks. However, many people use the same clearomizer for months without a problem.
You’ll know when to change it because it will start to taste a little burnt and/or will stop producing vapour.
What about the health issues?
Electronic cigarettes do NOT contain tobacco so they do not burn in the same way as traditional cigarettes. They do not produce ash, carbon monoxide, benzene or any of the other dangerous by-products which result from burning tobacco.
The vaporization process produces no smell or residue. People nearby do not face the passive smoking dangers that are associated with traditional cigarettes.
Scientific research carried out so far has concluded that electronic cigarettes are substantially less harmful than traditional cigarettes. One study has concluded that the risks are equivalent to those of using nicotine patches. Vapouriz electronic cigarettes are not for the use of those under 18 and they should always be kept away from children. They are not recommended for women who are pregnant or breast feeding.
What is TC Vaping / Temperature Controlled Vaping?
You set the temperature you want the atomiser to run at versus selecting the voltage or power output of the mod. This means that when you press the power button the e-cig mod monitors the temperature and intelligently adjusts the power to keep the coil at the desired temperature and maintain it.
What's the difference between VG and PG E-Liquids? What does it mean?
Vegetable Glycerin (VG) e-liquid is a thick, slightly sweet liquid that produces luscious clouds of vapour. VG e-liquids deliver less of a throat hit. A minority of users complain about a build-up of phlegm in the throat.
Propylene Glycol (PG) e-liquid is much thinner and produces more of a throat hit than VG – this simulates the feel of smoking more authentically.
However, PG e-liquid may cause sensitivity in some users. We would then recommend using the VG e-liquids instead.
How long will it take for my products to arrive?
It depends on the shipping method that you choose on check out and which state you reside. We offer same day shipping and we are based out of Las Vegas, Nevada.
There’s e-liquid in my mouth
This can sometimes happen if the clearomizer has flooded, the cartridge overfilled, or if the e-cig has been drawn on too hard. However, the number one cause is keeping your e-cig upside down or putting pressure on the clearomizer by keeping it in your pocket. We suggest keeping it upright at all times to ensure that the liquid is always kept below the top printed line on the clearomizer.
E-liquid may taste bitter so rinse your mouth out with water if this occurs. Use a paper towel to mop up any excess liquid you can see on and around the e-cigarette and make sure it’s as dry as possible before trying to use it again. Please be rest assured that small amounts of e-liquid will not have a negative impact on your health.
How returns and exchanges work
Our exchange policy lasts 14 days from the date of Delivery. Defective device claims beyond 14 days of delivery need to go directly through the device manufacturer's warranty service.

- The name of the product you are exchanging - Include Brand, Model, and Color if Applicable
- Reason for exchange- DESCRIBE THE ITEM'S DEFECT

- Type of exchange- ie: (Defective Item, DOA, Wrong Item, or Buyer's Remorse)
- Exchange type request - ie: I would like the same item exchanged or if you'd like credit towards an alternate item or Refund if your product qualifies for buyer's remorse.
*Please Note that you may be asked to provide photo or video proof of the item's defect. This typically applies to major visual defects or other extenuating circumstances. It is not a common practice but please know that we may ask for this at any time and have the right to do so
Eightvape will provide you with a exchange label and RMA Number within 24-48 hours of receiving your request. You are then responsible for carefully packaging the device and using the provided label to ship the item back to us. Once we've received the item, we will need 24-48 hours to inspect and process the exchange. We will review your exchange request respond to your request in our Support Portal. After this process is finished, we will package your exchange and email you the new tracking number for your exchanged device.
Qualified and Excluded Products:
Due to the sensitive nature of their design, and obvious safety reasons, we do not accept exchanges on the following items:
- Used/Opened Tank/RDA/RDTA systems.
- Used/Opened Coils
- 420 Products
In order for your defective item to be eligible for exchange or credit, it must meet the following requirements:
- Must not show signs of physical damage or severe scratching
- Cannot be exchangedfor minor visual defects, such as minor scuffs, or discoloration
- All accessories included in the purchased package must be sent in with the defective device
- Please pack your exchange well. We cannot give full credit on devices that are damaged during transportation back to us due to poor packaging
- If damage during transportation is clearly the fault of the carrier, you will not be held liable for damage as long as the item was packed with care
- Must not be on the list of non-exchangeable items
Refund and Exchange Policy:
Eightvape does not provide refunds. We only provide a direct exchange for defective items or credit towards an alternate device. DOA, wrong items, or Buyer's Remorse items are the exception to the rule. Our DOA and Buyer's remorse policy is outlined below.
DOA, Missing, & Wrong Items:
All Dead on Arrival items, Missing components, or Wrong Item claims must be reported back to us within 72 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is important you use the time allotted to check if the item is DOA. We will only accept exchanges from the excluded item list if it is a DOA item and is reported within the 72 hour time frame.
The warranty excludes coverage for damage resulting from accident, disassembly, customized modification, or user-error.
Again, we do not accept exchanges for cartomizers, atomizers, tanks, rebuildables (RDA), rebuildable tanks (RTA), coils, drip tips, batteries, chargers, disposables, or any similar product.
Please note that we do not accept exchanges on items that are not defective and are opened or used. This is considered "buyer's remorse".
We only accept buyer's remorse exchanges if the item is unopened and unused and in its original packaging and plastic seals. In other words, you must return the product the way in which it was received.
There is also a 20% restocking fee on items exchanged under buyer's remorse.
In order to start a exchange, you must use our Customer Support Portal and file a Help Request for exchanging an Item. For buyer's remorse returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Eightvape.com does not compensate shipping costs for buyer's remorse returns. We will provide an RMA Number Postmarked within the 14-Day window, the RMA number needs to be written clearly on the exterior of the package. Without this number, our shipping department will disregard the package. (Our new shipping platform puts the RMA number on the label so you shouldn't have to worry about this.
If your item is defective and is not listed as a non-exchangeable item, the item is eligible for exchange or credit towards a new device.
NOTE: IF YOU SENT AN ITEM FOR RETURN AND THE ITEM DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR A RETURN. YOU WILL WANT THE ITEM BACK BECAUSE WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU. IF YOUR DISQUALIFIED RETURN NEEDS TO BE SENT BACK, YOU WILL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE TO PAY SHIPPING FEES TO GET THE ITEM BACK TO YOU. WE WILL NOT SEND A DISQUALIFIED ITEM BACK UNTIL SHIPPING COSTS ARE PAID (USUALLY ABOUT $3) IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO THOROUGHLY READ THE RETURN POLICY. Sale or Clearance items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We cannot guarantee we will have the exact item available for exchange if you've purchased a clearance item. Clearance items are not restocked, and if we've sold out of the item between the time of your purchase and the time that we process your exchange, you will be contacted and asked to select an alternate item.
